👤 The role

We’re looking for Product-focused Members of the Technical Staff to help us shape and ship the next generation of agentic interfaces and financial tools. Whether you're a sharp, hungry engineer in your early career, or a seasoned product builder with experience at scale, you'll work in tight loops with the founding team to design, test, and ship end-to-end features that make accounting smarter and more human.

You’ll write code—but more than that, you’ll help define what should be built, not just how.

Depending on your experience, you will:

• Build and refine agent interfaces that feel intuitive, assistive, and trustworthy with an eye for product/UX quality
• Scope and prototype accounting workflows, such as prepaids, monthly close etc, as chatbots and ambient agents
• Work closely with users to test prototypes, validate feature ideas, and improve interactions
• Help define technical direction, architecture, and reusable design patterns (senior)
• Work autonomously to ship full-stack features from idea to production

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Have 3–15 years of experience building full-stack or frontend-heavy products
• Are fluent in TypeScript, and comfortable with React/Next.js, and/or Python
• Love working close to product: you care about interface quality, UX polish, and user impact
• Thrive in ambiguity, you like defining scope, not just following tickets
• For seniors: you’ve led architecture, scaled infra, or mentored across teams
